Scarlett Johansson embraced power dressing with her latest outfit. The actress and businesswoman attended an event organized by her skin care brand, The Outset, in partnership with Nordstrom in New York City on Wednesday. She wore a gray Mango three-piece suit set, which featured an oversized jacket, wide-leg trousers and a matching waistcoat.

Styled by Kate Young, Johansson accessorized with Green Onyx Gemstone hoops from the Monica Vinader X Kate Young collection and Vivaia shoes.

 

The event celebrated the launch of The Outset products at Nordstrom.com and in select Nordstrom stores, including the Nordstrom New York City flagship.

Johansson launched The Outset in 2022 with five products that mirrored her actual simplistic skin care routine. Since then the line has expanded to other products, including a firming vegan collagen prep serum, a daily essentials regimen refill bundle and an exfoliating caffeine micro polish. The actress currently runs The Outset with Kate Foster as the chief executive officer.

Johansson, joined by Foster, headlined the WWD X FN X Beauty Inc’s Women in Power event last week where the theme was “The Movers, the Makers and the Marketplace Shakers.” Earlier in September, the actress told WWD she believes the most notable way women can harness their power is by setting standards for income equality. “Easier said than done, right? But by using your power to have equal credit and pay for services rendered, etc., you are raising the bar for others to demand and receive the same. There is much power in numbers, on every level,” Johansson said.
