Atlanta’s finest gathered for the “enchanted evening of whimsical fantasy” at Callanwolde Mansion to greet the reigning hip-hop princess a very happy birthday.

All of Reginae’s relatives, including Birdman and his family, Toya’s new husband Memphitz and his daughter Slim, and her younger brother Dwayne Carter III and his mother Sarah Vivan (Weezy baby mommy #3? ), were decked up in their finest black ties.
