In honour of the Future of Curry, Stephen Curry and Curry Brand, driven by Under Armour, release the 11th pair of Stephen’s signature shoes.

Stephen Curry is at the top of his game after fifteen years of playing. Stephen is thought to be one of the best basketball players of all time. A player as active as Stephen needs a shoe that changes with him and gets better over time. Enter the Curry 11, Stephen’s fourth signature shoe and the first from Curry Brand.

 

Stephen, Curry Brand, and Under Armour will release the 11th version of his signature shoes on Friday, October 13. This is a huge milestone that puts Stephen and Under Armour in the same group of great basketball players who have their own signature shoe lines. With a futuristic look that honours the Future of Curry and his lasting effect on basketball culture, the Curry 11 has a bold and innovative look, and it comes with the technology that hoopers need to perform at their best on the court.

When we show off what we have been working on on the 11th signature shoe, people from all over the world and the next generation can be a part of the story. It is an honour and something I get really excited about. When we made this shoe, we wanted players to have the best experience possible on and off the court, in terms of both comfort and grip. The Curry 11 does exactly that. This shoe is meant to set the tone for what is to come for Curry Brand this season, with a nod to the “Future of Curry.” Stephen Curry said, “I know I still have a lot to offer on the court, and Curry Brand is only just beginning.”

 

Drawing from the amazing possibilities of what a modernised future might look like, this release talks about how Stephen will have a lasting effect on hoopers around the world for decades to come and how Curry Brand has a lot of great things in store.

 

The Curry 11 has dual-density UA Flow technology for the first time. This lets the shoe have a softer top loaded piece, giving players the most comfort underneath. A segmented plate is also part of the Curry 11 design. This plate helps athletes keep their stability in the midfoot and underfoot while giving them more movement in the forefoot. Under Armour’s own Warp technology was added to the top insole of the Curry 11 to make it better than the Curry Flow 10. There is no other shoe like it on the market, just like Chef Curry is the only 3-point shot like him.
