Stephen Curry had another bad day on Monday. He only made 7 of 21 shots, including 3 of 13 from three-point range, and scored 18 points in a 120–114 loss on the road to the Denver Nuggets. With Curry on the court, the Nuggets scored 26 more points than the Golden State Warriors.

StatMuse says that Curry scored 15.3 points per game on Christmas Day, making 31.5 percent of his shots and 23.1% of his three-point shots. He was coming into this game against Denver. That was also the case on Monday, as Curry had trouble on both ends.

Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray led all scorers with 28 points, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 16. The Denver backcourt did well. Nikolić, a star big man for Denver, made all 18 of his free throws and scored 26 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and handed out 8 assists.

As he enters his 15th NBA season, Curry, who is 35 years old, has once again done very well. He is scoring 28.3 points and shooting 47% (42.1%) from three-point range and 93.3 from the free throw line. He will leave the NBA one day as one of the best and most innovative players in league history.

But Monday was yet another rough Christmas Day, and fans paid attention.

The Warriors (15-15) will try to get back on track when they play home to the Miami Heat on Thursday.
